No generation conflict: Metabo is the only manufacturer to offer absolute system compatibility. You can use the new chargers to charge your old battery packs without problem. It is still easier the other way round: The new battery pack generation too fits in old chargers. The individual combinations are shown below.
So, you can even charge first generation battery packs with our latest chargers and thus enjoy shorter charging times.
NiCd battery pack
The tried-and-tested quick charging NiCd technology impresses with its high number of charging cycles, and usability even at lowest temperatures.
